2004 "Cyclone Gully" Cabernet Sauvignon
 A cabernet with a deep red hue. This wine has lifted fruit aromas of cassis and tobacco leaf. The palate delivers blackberry and fresh cassis with cinnamon and liquorice complexity. An elegant style, the fruit weight is balanced by a firm tannin structure with a good finish. Up to 5 years.

2005 Reserve Shiraz
  These grapes were selected from premium, low-yielding areas of our vineyard to provide the best possible fruit for this limited release, Reserve wine.
This rich, full bodied shiraz has a deep purple colour with a very spicy and peppery aroma. It shows fine tannins from the berries and the new fine grained oak with a lingering aftertaste of plums, blackberries & chocolate. A hint of cigar box completes this complex wine. Cellar up to ten years plus.
(Note: our 2005 Reserve shiraz, unfortunately now sold out, was rated 94/100 by James Halliday who said: “Excellent full purple-red colour; rich & luscious black berry fruits; a long silky palate showing no signs of overripeness”).

2005 "Cyclone Gully" Shiraz

Barrel fermented in 2 year old French barriques and matured in oak for twelve months, this wine shows deep purple-red colour with aromas of black cherry, blackberry and white pepper. The palate is full-bodied with fresh berry and plum flavours which are well balanced with a fine tannin structure. It has a rich mid-palate and persistency well supported by integrated oak.

2006 Sparkling Cabernet/Shiraz
This fresh, sparkling red wine is particularly well balanced with 75% cabernet sauvignon and 25% shiraz. There are blackcurrant and fresh fruit characters with subtle hints of chocolate. This sparkling wine is smooth, creamy with well balanced sugar. This is an excellent summer food wine.

2006 Nebbiolo d'Yandoit
Despite 2006 being a difficult year, this Italian wine displays classic Nebbiolo tar & roses characters. The palate is mid-weight with subtle floral and savoury flavours and fine grain tannins typical of this variety. Nebbiolo drinks well with most food, particularly pasta, risotto and game dishes. A fantastic food wine.
